strictly no cancellations! be 1030% sure before claiming. however, if you really need to cancel, please pay the cancellation fee
cancellation fee: 50% of your total
late payment fee: ₱50 per day
if in any case a buyer was not able to send their balance and is unresponsive, i will only wait 1 month after the deadline and then all orders will be forfeited. you can only claim the items again if a) they are still with me, and b) if you pay for balance and late payment fee. this will be strictly imposed.
i will not be held liable for any damages and/or delays caused by the courier, rest assured that i will do my best to pack your items properly and safely.
no rush shipping. shipping schedule depends on my schedule as i am currently in my internship. i will do my best to send out ASAP.
downpayment & late payment fees are non-refundable.
onhand items that are left unclaimed after 1 month from being fully paid or its arrival will be forfeited and disposed of with no refunds unless i agreed to keep them first on your behalf.
items that were left unclaimed after 1 month will be allowed to be claimed again IF a) the item is still with me and b) if you pay for warehousing fee of ₱250 for every month that the item is unclaimed.

you will be the one to look for a seller. all fees will be covered by you.
international shipping fee will depend on the amount and type of item in the package. photocard isf starts at ₱10 each while isf for non-photocard items will be based on the weight. this will be paid once item is onhand.
no to sensitive buyers. video proof can only be requested after purchasing from the seller. please take note that not every seller will send a video, especially for multiple amount of photocards and/or pre-order items.
ETA: 1-5 days for items under fast eta, while 3-6 weeks for items under normal eta. eta count starts after departure from China.

korea purchase assistance!

you will be the one to look for a seller. all fees will be covered by you, including transfer fee to the korean seller.
international shipping fee will depend on the amount and type of item in the package, starts at ₱60 per parcel. please expect pricier isf for non-photocard items. this will be paid once item is onhand.
no to sensitive buyers. kr sellers don’t usually send a video of the item, especially for photocards. however, a picture will always be asked from the seller for proof.
ETA: 3-7 days for items under fast eta, while 2-4 weeks for items under normal eta. eta count starts after departure from Korea.

how it works: i will look for your desired merch through china sites, korea bst and or ww bst. all you need to do is provide details regarding your desired merch.
for ww bst, i will be looking through sellers on instagram for this, hence rates may be different and higher as i will be sending payments via paypal.
when asking me to find your item, please provide a picture, name of the item (ex. what site, era, name of the member, what group etc.), and budget for me to know what i'm looking for and for how much.
rates for china: rmb x 9 + isf lsf pf.
rates for korea: decimal x 500 + isf lsf pf.
rates for ww: depends on the country, please ask.
international shipping fee will be computed the same as in purchase assistance.
